RED wine
紅酒Rouge，顏色是紅色系的，不會有氣泡。

最最重要 的就是，白酒先榨汁再發酵，紅酒先發酵再榨汁。
White wine:

it can have a grassy taste, like Semillon; it can be fruity,
like Aligote; or sweet like Eiswein or Sauternes.

ROSE wine
粉紅酒在法國十分流行。
色澤介乎紅與白之間，其味道和力道亦然，因此無論紅肉還是白肉，喝粉紅酒都是絕配！
Rose:
Rose wine is very popular in France. Its color is pink, like a combination of red and white.
It can be dry or sweet and is used to accompany white and red meats.
Provence, in the south of France, produces some of the best Rose wines in the world.
SPARKLING
一般而言，香檳酒與其他種類的酒最大的差異在於酒中含有綿密細緻的氣泡，
倒入杯中久久不散，這是由於生產過程的第二次瓶內發酵醣化，產生二氧化碳而成。
所以和平常我們看到的汽水、氣泡飲料是有所區別的。
Sparkling:
The difference between Champagne and Sparkling wines is that the vines used to produce Champagne
are grown exclusively in the Champagne region in the north of France while the others are not.
So one can say that all Champagnes are sparkling wines, but not all Sparkling wines are Champagne.
Some Sparkling wines are very good and compete with Champagnes.
They are less expensive than Champagne, which makes them attractive.
Champagne and Sparkling wines are the perfect accompaniment for “Foie gras”,
a French specialty, or for any great occasion.
